Because not everyone needs full service design direction, management, and implementation. We have found that there are quite a lot of capable, creative people who have the desire to be more involved, but who would still benefit from the guidance of a professional and the protection that comes with expertise. For them, we created HMWK, with one goal in mind: to offer good design to great people.
By focusing on clear deliverables that we can execute most efficiently, we are able to let you shape the services you want to pay for, control the amount you want to invest, and set your pace for achieving your goals.

SERVICES
HOW IT WORKS
Each service is a deliverable, that you can order. Simply choose the subscription that best suits your needs and the pace you want to move at. You are charged at time of purchase. Each subscription covers a 30 day period. Your subscription is recurring until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time. You can even pause or restart a subscription up to two times annually.
Within 24 hrs of subscribing, you will receive an email from us with direction on how to choose your deliverable. You can only choose one deliverable at a time. Once you’ve made your selection, you will receive a request for information from us. These are designed to provide us with the information we need to fulfill your order. You may receive further RFIs from us as we move through the design process. Upon completion, and within the specified timeframe, your selected deliverable will then be shared with you digitally.

Costs can vary based on what you want to achieve, how much you are able to do versus what we do for you, and the pace at which you choose to move. But we designed this service for investments ranging from $35K - $85K, for design services - not including FF&E purchases, 3rd party, or contract labor.
If you are super capable and ready to tackle much of the work yourself, wanting to lean on us just a bit, then you can get impactful work done for $15k. Alternatively, if your scope or needs exceed $85K for design and planning, we would suggest that you engage in full service, comprehensive design help.

Certainly! if you think your project needs less involvement from our part, or if you would like to speed up the process, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, just email us at help@thehmwk.co, and we will reach out to you and help you choose the best option for you.

As soon as we have them ready for you we will send you an email with your deliverable(s) for that month. You will then have the option of changing or giving us feedback and together we will decide if there is something you would like to change or if you want to keep it the way it is.
