prerequisite: concept development
This is where we identify exactly which pieces go where. We consider how each piece serves its intended function, how they all work as part of the larger whole, and how they serve the approved concept.
This deliverable is commonly needed 3-5 times in order to get to completion. We make selections in layers, in order to both remain organized in our efforts, and to allow for you to provide feedback at multiple intervals.
This prevents presentations of large scopes of work that you have to either accept or reject. We find working like that requires needless revisions and produces handicapped results. The tendency is to repeatedly rework what was presented, as opposed to creating the best result, which accounted for your feedback and involvement from the beginning.

By letting us do this step you will end up with a cohesive story throughout your project and it will help you understand what kinds of things you should be looking for when picking your furniture pieces in the near and far future.

This will be a document with images and material selections that will establish a clear direction for your project, we will select tiles, fabrics, wood species, colors and finishes. So that your home reflects your uniqueness and personality.
